Who is eligible for free shipping? Free shipping is offered for all orders shipping domestically within the United States with an order total of $75 or greater. Domestic orders ship for a flat rate of $6.95 (unless otherwise stated). International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

We also offer free standard shipping on any Pure Encapsulations and Douglas Labs products (domestic orders only)! The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

When are orders processed and shipped? All orders are expedited within 1-3 business days from the time an order is placed, Monday through Friday. If your order is placed after 2 p.m. on Friday, then your order will be processed on Monday.

All "Heat Sensitive" items are shipped Monday through Thursday only.

All national holidays are observed, and orders are not processed and shipped on these days. Orders which have been placed on a holiday will be processed the next non-holiday business day.

When will I receive my domestic order? Estimated times of arrival for your order will depend upon which method of shipping is chosen during checkout, as well as the distance your package has to travel. Here are your options:

When will I receive my International order? Depending upon where the item is shipped, standard shipments can take 7-30 business days to receive pending customs clearance. Excessive delays are typically customs related and customers should follow up with their local post and customs for possible updates on packages.

Do you ship packages outside the U.S.? Yes, we are happy to ship to most countries Wordwide!

We request that all international customers check with their local customs offices to make sure any items ordered are allowed into the country. Different countries have different regulations in regards to specific ingredients which may or may not be permitted. It is the responsibility of the buyer to confirm this information and full liability is taken for all purchases if lost or confiscated.

Will you ship to a Military APO/FPO Address? Yes, and thank you for your service! All APO/FPO orders are shipped via USPS and shipping costs are based upon the package weight.

How do you ship heat sensitive items and those which require special handling? Since it is important that you receive your item in the proper condition, all heat sensitive items are shipped on ice to maintain their potency and only shipped on Monday through Thursdays. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on items which are heat sensitive as they can become damaged in transit.

Currently we are unable to accept international orders that require special heat sensitive handling. If an order occurs in error, we will promptly contact you and refund you appropriately.

Ageless Secret products are shipped in a X-Ray protective covering, which comes directly from the manufacturer.

Other items which require special handling are shipped per manufacturer instructions.

How do I determine shipping charges on my order? Once items have been added to your cart, simply click on the "My Cart" link at the top of each page. Here you will find the "Estimate Tax and Shipping for this Order", in which you will enter your Country and Postal Code to get a more accurate quote.

What other important shipping information should I know? Shipments to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO's are shipped via USPS only.

We will notify you if there are any problems with your credit card which might hinder your shipment going out on schedule.

We will contact you via email if you have a high value package which may require additional insurance. At this time we allow you to either opt in or opt out of any additional fees which may be required to insure such an order. If insurance is declined, it is done at the customers own risk and discretion.
